Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or farm name, and employee number (if applicable). We also store your login credentials in encrypted form.

Farm and Operational Data

You may provide farm-related data including livestock records, inventory levels, feed schedules, weighbridge deliveries, purchase orders, employee sign-in/out logs, and other operational information. This data is entered by you and your authorised users.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

Offline Data

When you use the Service in offline mode, data is stored locally on your device and synchronised with our servers when connectivity is restored.

Your data is stored on MongoDB Atlas, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure, with encryption at rest and in transit. Our backend services run on Google App Engine with industry-standard security measures.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information using current best practices.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play— for app distribution and in-app purchases
  • RevenueCat— for subscription management and billing
  • Google Cloud / App Engine— for hosting and infrastructure
  • MongoDB Atlas— for database hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our web platform may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality. Our mobile application does not use cookies but may collect anonymous analytics data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and farm data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Deleted records are soft-deleted (marked as removed) and retained for a reasonable period to support data recovery and audit requirements. If you request full account deletion, we will permanently remove your personal data within 90 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access— request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction— request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion— request that we delete your personal data
  • Data Portability— request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection— object to certain processing of your data

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
